We (www.upangusa.com) know that your order arriving on time for your event is VITAL. You shall order with our free standard turnaround time, we never take an order unless we are 100% sure that we can guarantee your deadline. The total delivery time is Order Processing Time + Delivery Time.
US Domestic
We offer Free Ground Shipping for orders of $50 or more for contiguous US shipping address. Free shipping offers are not valid for International orders, APO/FPO/DPO, PO BOX, HI, and AK.For orders of less than $50, we charge $5.99 flat rate shipping for ground service. Item(s) purchased will be shipped as soon as they are processed (usually 2 to 3 business days) and may arrive in multiple boxes on different days. Once order is processed, you will receive an email with tracking information. For delivery to Alaska and Hawaii, there is an additional shipping charge based on the shipping weight of the product(s). For express delivery option, please contact us directly at support@upangusa.com and we will get back to you within in one business day with the estimate of additional shipping charge.
Canada
Shipping charge to Canada is based on the shipping weight of the product(s). Please ensure to select "Canada" as shipping option at the time of check out. Please note that customer will be responsible for any custom duties/taxes charged by Canadian government and any custom clearance fees (i.e., brokerage fee, processing fee, and etc), if any.
