Our Return and Refund Policy forms part of and must be read in conjunction with, website Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to change this Return and Refund Policy at any time.
Return
We want you to be happy with your purchase and your shopping experience. If you are dissatisfied with an item, you may return it for a refund for full value within 14 days after delivery. The item must be new and unused, in original and resellable condition. We may refuse the refund or may charge restocking fees if items are not in resellable condition.

To complete your return, please submit a return request through our website first. Once we receive your return request, we will email you return instruction along with return shipping label. For returns not due to manufacturer defect or damage during shipment, customer will be responsible for paying return shipping cost. We will deduct the return shipping cost from your total refund amount. Please note that shipping cost is not refundable. If a product is damaged during shipping, please notify us within 72 business hours from the delivery date. product purchased through Upang USA retailer must be exchanged/returned at that retailer according to the specific retailer's return and exchange policy.
Refunds
Once your returned product is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned product. We will also notify you whether your return was approved and total refund amount (reflecting return shipping cost and restocking fee, if any). Please note that it may take few business days for refund to be reflected on your account depending on your bank's policy.
Manufacturer Defect
In case you note a manufacturer defect covered by manufacturer warranty policy, please contact us at support@upangusa.com and we will email you the warranty service request form along with further instructions.
